H. Mark Daley, III, President and CEO
H. Mark Daley, III has been active in real estate endeavors his entire career including hotel, office, self-storage and residential subdivision development. Initially, Mr. Daley worked as a commercial real estate lender and then credit officer for Wachovia Bank, and in 1991, went to work for his father, H. Mark Daley, Jr., as Vice President - Real estate for Daley Corporation. In 1994, Mr. Daley was made President of Daley Corporation and Daley Investments, Inc., two closely held real estate investment, management and development companies engaged exclusively in activities for their own corporate accounts.

Then in 1996, convinced there was a substantial unmet demand for other passive investors to participate in direct real estate investment opportunities, Mr. Daley reached an agreement with Daley Corporation and Daley Investment shareholders to allow his core management group to form a separate entity to provide the same real estate management and development services to a broader range of investors.

Mr. Daley graduated Cum Laude from Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, OK) with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in Government. Mr. Daley is the former Chairman of the Candlewood Suites International Association of Candlewood Owners (IACHO) and a former member of the Marketing Fund Committee of the Candlewood Hotel Company.
Currently Mr. Daley is on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Holiday Inns (IAHI), Intercontinental Hotels Group's Owners Association that represents all IHG brands. Mr. Daley is a former Chairman of the Candlewood Brand Committee. Mr. Daley is a former Director and Principal of Suburban Franchise Holding Company, LLC, parent of the Suburban Extended Stay Hold brands, Inc, which was subsequently sold to Choice Hotels International. Mr. Daley serves as a Director and President of Generation Properties l (GP1) Management company and Manager of Generation Properties l, LLC.

Lynn Stokke, Executive Administrator
The Generation Companies is pleased to announce the return of Ms. Lynn Stokke to our Executive Administration team. Hired originally in 1997, Lynn worked for the Operations Department until 2000, when her family moved to Princeton, New Jersey. Lynn worked in the Development Department at Princeton University from the spring of 2002 to the fall of 2006, specifically in the Development Relations/Events area. We are excited to welcome her back as Executive Assistant to Mark Daley, III.
