General Manager
Responsible for property operations in accordance with all policies of The Generation Companies. Ensures maximized occupancy through supervision of focused sales and marketing effort, and generating profit to meet or exceed budget expectations. Hires, trains, and develops all property employees. Responsible for maintaining highest level quality standards and guest satisfaction.
Assistant General Manager
Assists General Manager with daily operations of the hotel to include supervision of all property staff, budget controls, various accounting procedures and assurance of exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsible for direct sales and marketing to ensure maximized occupancy and revenue goals are being met. Assumes leadership of the hotel in the absence of General Manager and holds the ability to perform any job on the property as needed.
