Randy Coupland joined the Generation
Companies as a consulting CFO in March,
2000. In January, 2005, Randy became
The Generation Companies full time V.P.
of Finance and CFO. Mr. Coupland has
over twenty five years of broad based
financial and general management experience,
with special expertise in entrepreneurial
and middle market companies. He served
as CFO of a multinational consumer goods
company residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
and Tokyo, Japan. He holds a B.A. degree
in history from Duke University.

 Robert
A. Bullock, Controller
Robert A. Bullock joined The Generation
Companies in 1996 as the controller,
following a twenty year career as the
Director of Accounting for Depuy Inc.,
a large medical equipment supplier based
in Warsaw, Indiana. Mr. Bullock is responsible
for all financial reporting, payroll,
accounts payable, accounts receivable
and internal auditing. He holds B.S.C.
Professional Accounting Degree from
the International Business College,
Ft. Wayne, IN. |

W. Cook CPA, Accounting Specialist
Michael Cook joined The Generation
Companies in December of 1999 as an
Accounting Specialist. A graduate
of the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill, Michael recently received
his certified public accountant designation.

Cynthia
Dixon - Accounting Specialist
Cynthia Dixon joined The Generation
Companies in October, 2004. Cynthia
has seven years experience in retail
management. Cynthia is certified as
a full charge bookkeeper, she has worked
for over six years in non profit accounting.
Perfecting skills in A/P, A/R, Payroll,
Billing, Bank Reconciliations, Trial
Balance review, in house audits HR management
& training on Excel, ADP and other
software programs. |
Michele Cooper, Building Manager & Office Administrator
 Michele Cooper joined The Generation Companies in November of 2000 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. In 2004, Michele became the Manager of Generation Plaza, handling the daily operations and tenant needs for the building. She is the Corporate Service Center Office Administrator and provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Vice President of Finance. Michele also provides support to the Investors, coordinates events for the Executive conference room and organizes special projects. Mrs. Cooper has over 25 years of legal and administrative experience. |
Nick Dhruna - Accounting Specialist
Nick Dhruna joined The Generation Companies in March 2001 as an Operations Manager at Candlewood Suites Durham RTP. Having 13 years of operations experience in the hotel industry, having worked in New York and North Carolina, Nick decided to change careers and become an Accountant with The Generation Companies in February 2003. Having left the Company in October 2006 to take care of his parents, Nick returned to his Accounting position in March 2008. Nick has a Marketing degree and graduated with distinction from City University of New York with a GPA of 3.93. |
